PTI regularly assesses the service quality of the approved garages to promote the cooperation with high quality garages and end up the collaboration with bad performers.
In addition, PTI has built a sense of trust among its customers by introducing new customer service models, including launching a website where they can keep track the status of their car insurance claims. This platform enables PTI to proactively monitor, review and compare repair progress and quality among the approved garages.
PTI also undertakes to provide free car assistance services (PAN Rescue) within 100 kilometers from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang. Rescue workers will get to the customer in about 30 minutes after PTI receives the notice of loss. PTI has been also investing in more modern technology in order to give customers new and more convenient experiences.
